IBC2017 Exhibitors’ Benefits

IBC2017 exhibitors will enjoy the following benefits:   

1. Booth Facilities

Each standard booth is available free of charge with carpet, fascia board, one table (diameter: 0.7m), two chairs, one reception desk (1m (L) x 0.5m (W) x 1m (H)), one trash bin , one 220V/5A power socket, and two spotlights.  

Each special booth covers raw space of 36 square meters.  

2. Exhibitor's Badge 

Exhibitor’s badge is the unique certificate for exhibitors to enter the venue. Exhibitors can attend all academic conferences, exhibitions, posters and opening and closing ceremonies by wearing the badge.

Each standard booth can obtain up to 2 exhibitor’s badge free of charge.

Each special booth can obtain up to 6 exhibitor’s badge free of charge for every 36 square meters.

If exhibitor need more staff to participate in the exhibition, please buy exhibitor’s badge at the price offered for the registration of participating representatives.

If any special guest of the exhibitor require to temporarily enter/exit the exhibition hall, the exhibitor must apply with the organizing committee for approval and get a provisional pass.

3. Company Name shown on IBC Publications

The company name of exhibitors can be shown on the exhibition guidebook and IBC2017 Program.  

4. Company Logo shown on IBC2017 Website and App

The company logo of exhibitors can be shown on IBC2017 website and App, which will increase the visibility of exhibitors among 5,000 participants of IBC2017.  

5. Use of IBC2017 Logo

Exhibitors shall be authorized to use IBC2017 official logo in IBC2017 related promotional activities and publicity materials . 

6. Press Conference & Satellite Conference

If there are new products or new achievements to release, Exhibitors can apply for a press conference hold in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in accordance with the relevant provisions and process of the Organizing Committee.

If satellite meeting is necessary, exhibitors can apply in accordance with the relevant provisions and process of the Organizing Committee. T

7. Free City Tour

   Exhibitors may apply to join the free city tour organized by the organizing committee.  

8. Welcoming Ceremony and Art Performance

The welcoming ceremony and art performance will be held at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center on July 23, 2017 (Sunday).  

Any exhibitor having ordered the standard exhibition booth will be provided with two tickets to the welcoming ceremony and art performance, and any exhibitor having ordered the special exhibition booth will be provided with six tickets for each 36 square meters.  

9. Free Tea Break

Free tea break is available to all exhibitors wearing exhibitor's badge.  

10. Free Public Transport and Shuttle Bus

Exhibitors can take the free shuttle bus running between conference venues or between major hotels and conference venues.  

11. Free Conference Documents

Any exhibitor having ordered the standard exhibition booth will be provided with a set of exhibition documents;  

Any exhibitor having ordered the special exhibition booth will be provided with 3 sets of exhibition documents for every 36 square meters.  

12. Attendance at the Gala Dinner

The gala dinner will be held at the Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel on July 26, 2017 (Wednesday). Tickets cost RMB500 per person when ordered in advance and include food, wine/beer/soft drinks and entertainment. Exhibitors are eligible to purchase the ticket at their own choice.
