New Congress Website Now Online

Dear colleagues and friends,

A completely new version of the congress website is now back online.

The new version updated arrangement of menus and page contents and added some new pages. The changes include contents of Nomenclature Section, field trips, sponsorship and exhibition, social activities, congress venue, and travel awards. The information of speakers for public lectures, plenary lectures, and keynote symposia was extended.

The call for symposia had been closed and the assessment of all the submitted proposals will be completed soon by the Executive Working Group (EWG) of the Scientific Program Committee. It is expected that the final program will come out in early September.

A List of the Confirmed General Symposia Now Online

The Scientific Program Committee has worked out a list of 170 confirmed symposia as the first set of confirmed general symposia. The EWG is soliciting additional symposia to fill the gaps in the overall coverage of the disciplines and topics. Online Application for IBC 2017 Awards Will Open Soon

The Organizing Committee of IBC 2017 has established an award to encourage and assist excellent scientists in developing countries and students/postdoctors in all countries to be actively involved in IBC 2017. A limited number of full or partial awards (for travel, hotel accommodations, and congress registration, etc.) are available for eligible attendee who will give an oral presentation in a symposium or present a poster.

Detailed information on the eligibility and procedure of application will be announced when registration opens around middle of September.

Online Registration and Call for Abstract Will Open Soon

The congress online registration site will open very soon. Participates will use this site for online registration, submitting abstracts, and upload files for E-poster presentations and poster printing, etc.
